Yates Anderson's Orange Beach office sits inside The Wharf — the mixed-use entertainment and retail center on the Intracoastal Waterway. From this office we represent waterfront property owners, condominium associations, builders, and businesses across coastal Baldwin County and into Northwest Florida — Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan, Foley, Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, Navarre, and the 30A corridor.
The Orange Beach office is the firm's primary coastal-Alabama base. Our partners spend most of their time on coastal real-estate litigation, hurricane and named-storm insurance claims, condominium and HOA governance, coastal-construction defects, and constitutional ordinance challenges. Walker, Anderson, and Rogers all work out of this office on coastal matters.
