Yates Anderson's Birmingham office is in the Highland Park neighborhood — across from Highland Park Golf Course, between Five Points South and the medical district. From here we represent business owners, closely-held companies, and individuals across central Alabama in transactions, business litigation, fiduciary disputes, and outside general counsel engagements.
Founding partner Parker Yates is based primarily out of the Birmingham office and leads the firm's outside-general-counsel and small-business engagements. The Birmingham office also handles statewide matters that cluster in Jefferson County state court and the Northern District of Alabama federal court.
